Lakers vs. Denver Game 4

Here we go again...same case as the semifinals vs. Houston game 4 on mother's day. Lakers did not wake up and trailed the whole game and lost and the series was tied 2-2. Tonight was the same case as Lakers only had 1-0 lead in 1st quarter on Kobe's freethrows. 2-2 now, everybody is equal. Homecourt advantage is back to normal now. Lakers lost 101-120 but the score doesn't tell the story.

It is now a best of three series. Boy Denver rebounds good but its only one game. Lakers were in this game the whole game until the 4th quarter when they fell apart. LA trailed by 3 at end of 1st quarter and 7 at halftime. It was manageable but in the fourth as I mentioned things became unloosed as Lakers missed their shots and Denver made their shots.

Kobe had a decent 34 pts 7 reb 5 ast and tried to repeat the same game 3 performance but that couldn't happen tonight. Again, Mr. Consistent Pau Gasol had 21 pts 10 reb. Andrew Bynum started to show sign of his outbreaking with 14 pts, some in 4th quarter. That was the stat sheet.

Lakers have to work on their freethrows and boxout drills. LA was outrebounded badly as three nuggets had 10+ rebounds.

The refs were kind of shaky. Called a lot of technicals on the Nuggets especially the foruth quarter. Anthony got called for one as he was talking with Kobe. Andrew Bynum got called for a flagrant foul as he went for the ball while Birdman was going up for layup. The league will rescend that as it was bit intentional.

Lakers need to show a killer instinct in game 5. I am going back to my theory of NBA setting it up. Lakers will win game 5 at home, lose game 6 in Denver, and advance to the Finals with a game 7 win a week from today. For the East, Cleveland will win tomorrow night, then Cleveland again, Orlando, and Cleveland. It is all set up. I am gonna believe that now.

Lakers will win Game 5 at STAPLES Center as it is all set up.
